Chapel House was built in 1728 as the dower house to Atherstone Hall (demolished in 1964), many original features have been preserved and others carefully restored so that the place retains the elegance of an earlier age whilst providing for all the requirements of the modern traveller.
The walled gardens are a particularly attractive feature and offer a tranquil and colourful setting, adding to the beauty of the house. |
