| Confit of duck legs and livers cooked in duck fat then pressed, served with a salad garnish and toast |
| Stuffed field mushroom |
| Large flat mushroom filled with diced ham, onion, and tomato with a herb crust, served with red wine sauce |
| Scallops brioche |
| Pan fried king scallops in a creamy garlic sauce served in a brioche bun |

| Marrow ring filled with sliced lightly pan-fried pheasant breast in a creamy chestnut-mushroom sauce |
| Roasted loin of local Grendon lamb |
| Loin of roasted lamb served with boulangère potatoes and a tomato, onion, mushroom and red wine sauce |
| Braised monkfish tail |
| Monkfish tail braised in mussel juice scented with saffron and served with mussels and creamy saffron sauce |
| All served with a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes |
